4. A park is also a great place to propose. This one depends on the weather behaving, but a proposal in the park can be glorious when the weather permits. If you live with your girlfriend you could surprise her with your proposal when she comes home from work, or perhaps decorate a particular room accordingly and propose in that spot of the house. If you live separately you could show up at her house and surprise her with a proposal. This location is especially effective if your girlfriend prefers privacy to public displays as she might feel more comfortable and receptive in the comfort of her own home.

It’s SO important to understand if the woman accepting the proposal likes surprises or not. I was an unfortunate guest of one proposal where she didn’t like surprises, and she walked away leaving the poor man on his knees! I was so embarrassed for both of them I hid in the bathroom until the smoke cleared. LOL! They’ve been happily married now for a good number of years.

awww these are such lovely ideas! my Husband proposed at home and it was quiet and just the two of us but it was wonderful, I never thought I’d be lucky enough to have someone like him propose to me ever, lots of tears ensued lol!
